Camel Riding Part Deux

While with our camel herding South Gobi family we tried camel riding.  After mounting up, the older two decided pretty quickly it was not for them so M.C,  Willow and I went off for a few hours.  That was plenty – I walked like John Wayne for a day and sitting on our plastic camp stools was less than excellent.  After young Willow regaled her sisters about the joys of camel riding They were determined to give it a go.  So a few days later, they joined our new U.K friends, Bryan and Emily for a tour to the dunes and back.  My pelvis took the cowards way out and M.C and I stayed at camp.  Nothing could stop the intrepid Willow, so she joined Kaia on a camel.  Skye already had a bad horse experience the week earlier so our guide Pujee started with her…but by the time they returned Skye rode home triumphantly alone!  Oh yeah – always make sure everyone rides a camel so that everyone smells like camel…’cause they stink!

Skye still not so sure of our spitting, kicking 4 legged friends
What’s that? A little smile?
Kaia and Willow were ready to go

Unuruu driving while texting but the girls did not seem to care, nor did the camel
All smiles upon returning
It’s how these beasts get up and down that is the worrisome part….the walking is easy. Excluding the crotch part….
Now who is the boss?
A successful day….
