Gers
Ger From Skye and Willow Ger’s are the rit sise for anyone! The beds are comfy some are hard and some are soft and same for the pillows. But it is a bit small if you take out the table. It’s round and sometimes there are sinks there are different designs on the wall but it is not really a wall so they can take it down to move easily. There is also a fire pit if you get cold. The doors are lower so sometimes you can hit your heads and one of these nights there was a pillow …

Dunes, dunes, dunes
Personally I love dunes and deserts. This trip will hit some major deserts, the Atacama, the Namib and the Gobi. While in the Mongolian Gobi, the kids plus our guide Pujee and driver Unuruu, climbed the largest dunes…. Our super driver Unuruu

Out Of the Gobi!
We have survived the nutty Gobi! After about 10 hours of transit on mostly dirt roads, we have returned to Ulaan Baataar and gorged on a Burger King dinner. For Willow, it is her first full meal in over 10 days. We sheared off a bolt in the steering linkage and our amazing driver/ jack of all trades, Unuruu jury rigged it with chain and other assorted sundries until we got to a small desert town and he welded it for the last push back to the capital. Our last night in the lovely valley was fun….until the morning! We got back from horseback riding to find another 2 trucks each with 4 Aussie couples from Eternal Landscapes as well as the co-owner, Jess. This was for the annual first milking of the mares. The morning had an hour or so ceremony which involved a lot of beer and vodka. Neighbours came from around the valley, and all seemed to like my beard. Mongolia not really the first day
Skye 11 July 2018 Not really the first day, We got to the airport and while we where checking in Kaia found my vies college I was shy but my mom said hi. Our flight number was 298we got a book mine was Grandpa’s great escape from David Walliams. We where running a bit late so we ran to get our flight when we got to the bus it took us like 20minuts then it took us 5-7 minutes when we actually got to the plaine it was 12:05 and our flight takes of at 12:15 but they asked us …
